One of PCC’s consultant’s will make a visit to your church’s weekend worship services. The consultant will evaluate your service from a first time visitor’s perspective. The longer a person is involved in church, the harder it is to “think” like an “unchurched” person.

He will meet with your staff on Monday and present his observations on areas such as: the parking teams, traffic flow, campus signage, greeters, overall friendliness, hospitality (coffee, refreshments), visitor assistance, ushers, worship guides, worship service flow, children in worship services policies, guest receptions any other areas. This process can be customized to meet the specific needs of your congregation.
